Gyeran mari (계란말이)

Korean egg roll with finely chopped carrots and green onions. Served as a light snack in lunch boxes and keeps in the refrigerator for several days.
Ingredients
- 3 pcs egg
- 1.5 tbsp green onion
- 1.5 tbsp carrot
- to taste salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Steps

Finely chop green onion and carrot.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and black pepper, and whisk until smooth.

Combine the beaten egg mixture with the chopped vegetables.

Heat the pan and add vegetable oil, spreading it evenly.

Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling quickly to coat the bottom, and fry until the top starts to set but remains moist.

Fold the resulting omelette in half, then fold again, pour the remaining egg mixture, and continue frying, forming a roll about 5 cm long.

Remove the finished roll from the pan, let it cool for 5 minutes, and cut into thick slices.
