Simple and tasty spaghetti dish with green pepper, mushrooms, sausages and a ketchup-based tomato sauce, topped with parmesan.
Ingredients
- 320 g spaghetti
- 4 pcs green pepper
- 200 g onion
- 8 pcs mushrooms
- 6 pcs sausage
- 180 g ketchup
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste parmesan
Steps

Remove the stem and seeds from the green pepper, cut into strips about 5 mm wide. Cut the onion into similar strips. Remove the tough stems from the mushrooms and slice the mushrooms into strips. Cut the sausages diagonally about 5 mm thick.

In a deep skillet heat the vegetable oil and fry the sausages over medium heat until golden brown. Then add the onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Fry until everything is browned, then pour in the ketchup and simmer briefly. Add salt and black pepper to taste if needed.

In a large pot bring salted water to a boil, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.

Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the prepared ingredients, return to heat and lightly fry everything together. Add salt and black pepper to taste if needed.

Divide the spaghetti onto plates and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
