- 8 pcs garlic
- 4 pcs chili pepper
- 3-4 pcs green onion
- 60-120 g mushrooms

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 0.5 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
- 2 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp water

Prepare the vegetables: peel and thinly slice the garlic, chili pepper, green onion, mushrooms (if using), and lettuce leaves.
